OUR MISSION
At Happy Hearts we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, empowered, and joyful life. We are dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, person-centred support to individuals living with mental health challenges and disabilities. We are a team of passionate professionals who work closely with participants and their families, friends, support teams and anyone else that may be involved in their lives to create tailored support plans and services that respect individual needs, goals and aspirations.
